Rogan josh - is one of the classics of Indian food which is so popular in the world, and this fiery sheep or goat meat dishes from the Kashmir region of India is now popular all over the world. various versions, but the community remains very close to authentic Hindu-style recipe, but I have been tweaked to make slow-cooked dishes rich and spicy are perfect for cold winter days.

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 cm cinnamon
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 cm ginger, crushed
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 dried red chilli, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 750 g of mutton, diced 4 cm
  • 120 ml yogurt
  • 200 g tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 L of water
  • 3 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil


How To Make Rogan Josh

  1. Heat oil and saute onion over medium heat until browned and transparent.
  2. Enter cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, black pepper, and cinnamon. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, chili powder, dried chilli, and salt and saute for 1 minute.
