1. Black Pepper Steak Vegetarian Recipes

Black Pepper Steak Vegetarian ingredients used :

• 2 tablespoons sugar
• Black pepper to taste

How to make black pepper Vegetarian steak :

1. Cut gluten or vegetarian meat according to taste.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Vegetable Satay Recipe used :

• 400 ml of water
• 1 tsp mustard
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Sauce Ingredients :

• 2 spring onions, finely chopped

• 1 tablespoon spicy sauce
• 1 tbsp oil

How to make vegetable satay mushroom sauce :

1. Combine water, oil and flour in a container or a medium bowl. After that, knead until smooth, allow 20 minutes. Add water again, then knead until gluten was left alone. Add water again until translucent color.
2. Let the dough for 3 hours until fluffy. Add mustard, pepper and salt.
3. After that, knead, then shape into a square, then steamed until cooked.

3. Urap Vegetable Recipes

Urap Vegetable Recipes ingredients :

• 2 bay leaves
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 100 grams of cassava leaves, then boiled
• 100 grams of spinach, then boiled
• 100 grams of kale, then boil
• 20 stalks of beans, then cut by 2 cm, boiled until cooked
• 2 cm galangal, and then crushed
• 1 young coconut and grated rough

Ground spices :

• 5 spring onions
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 3 red chilies
• 1 tsp tamarind
• 3 cm kencur
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• salt to taste
• 3 tablespoons boiled water

How to make Urap Vegetable :

1. Heat oil in a skillet, then input spices, ginger and bay leaves, stir-fry until fragrant and wilted.
2. Put the grated coconut, stirring until evenly in a low heat until evenly mixed and coconut bandaged by seasoning.
3. Add water, stir again until absorbed marinade.
