The following recipes are easy to make goat satay, and well padded.
Boneless mutton. Cut according to taste, small and box. Do not wash the meat with water. If there is feces, just remove by hand. Lard or fat that is going to make a variety of flavors, so add the lard and fat anyway.

How to make:

Prepare burnt satay with charcoal or gas grill on the stove. Begin burn skewers until done, keep not burn.
